Forklift Maintenance Technician

Now Hiring: Forklift Maintenance TechnicianLocation: Orangeburg, SCPay & Schedule:
  • $30.00/hr - $35.00/hr, depending on experience
  • 1st Shift: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
  • No weekends

  • Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on Hyster-Yale forklifts
  • Troubleshoot issues with forklifts and other material handling equipment
  • Work on wet brake systems, drivetrains, hydraulic circuits, and electrical systems
  • Accurately identify and order replacement parts as needed
  • Maintain detailed service and repair documentation
  • Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards
  • Assist with on-the-job training for apprentice technicians when neededWhat We’re Looking For:
  • High school diploma or GED required (technical school preferred)
  • Proven experience in maintaining or repairing forklifts or similar heavy equipment
  • Basic computer and tablet knowledge (Microsoft/Apple systems)
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, stand or walk for long periods  • Ability to perform basic physical tasks related to equipment maintenance Why Join Us:
