Schedule: Sunday-Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (Saturdays off; overtime available)

Job Description

We are currently hiring Warehouse Associates to join our fast-paced team in Cranbury, NJ. BILINGUAL ENGLISH/SPANISH is a must. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are detail-oriented, reliable, and able to thrive in a high-volume, physically demanding environment. You'll be operating a sit-down forklift to assist with the movement of materials and products throughout the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a sit-down forklift to load, unload, and move inventory
• Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment
• Maintain clean and organized workspaces
• Perform inventory counts and verify shipping documents
• Ensure compliance with all safety policies and procedures
• Lift, move, and stack materials weighing 40-70 lbs regularly
• Work as part of a team to meet daily productivity goals in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• 1+ year of forklift operation experience (sit-down preferred)
• Ability to lift 40-70 lbs consistently throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in a physically demanding and fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Must be able to work Sunday through Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM, with overtime as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Previous warehouse or distribution center experience

• Competitive starting pay: $21.00/hour, increasing to $24.00/hour after probationary period.
