Energetic Forklift Service Technician

We are seeking a forklift service technician to join our growing company. This role will require the ability to diagnose, repair, and maintain a large fleet of pallet jacks and various forklifts. Your expertise will aid in keeping our fleet operating at peak performance and ensure our team members will be able to keep up with the fast pace environment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting and repairing forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers (primarily Crown equipment)
• Mechanical repairs such as brakes, drive tires, load wheels, drive motors and electrical issues
• Knowledgeable with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and soldering equipment
• Perform preventive maintenance repairs and sanitizing equipment
• Maintenance service records on equipment

Requirement

• 5 years proven work experience with strong mechanical background
• Familiarity with Crown Forklifts
• Ability to read schematics and manuals
• Ability to help maintain inventory on preventative maintenance parts
• Ability to perform heavy lifting on a daily basis
