In this role, you're the pro who will support one building with 8 docks (inbound and outbound lanes) that will be used to drive a forklift directly into the trailers. manage the daily flow of goods in our facility.You will be responsible for processing all incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining precise inventory records, and ensuring the warehouse remains safe and orderly. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or job related inventory control systems, and thrives in a fast-moving physical environment.**ABOUT THE ROLE**As a CBRE Senior Warehouse Coordinator (Forklift Operator), you'll provide service and support to the warehouse by handling complex shipping and receiving tasks.This job is part of the Supply Chain function and is responsible for maximizing the effectiveness of the organization's supply chain.+ Must be flexible to work a rotating 12 hour shift (5:45PM - 6AM).+ Must live within designated radius of the job site to reliably work schedule/shift.**WHAT YOU'LL DO**+ Assist with loading and unloading merchandise or material from cars or trucks.+ Pack and unpack shipments. This includes processing, scanning, and shelving parts and pulling orders.+ Ensure data in the inventory control system is accurate.+ Maintain clean and safe working environments.+ Sweep and mop floors, remove objects from high-traffic areas, etc.+ Assist with general maintenance including painting, carpentry, and repairs of tools.+ Plan the layout of the stockroom and other storage areas to improve space usage.+ Process and verify inventory movement transactions and stock levels.+ Coordinate with warehouse managers to help with the cycle counting process for each area.+ Reconcile discrepancies in asset records.+ Review warehouse inventory audit reports using physical checks to ensure accurate system accounting.+ Recognize and solve typical and atypical problems that can occur in own work area without supervisory approval.+ Evaluate and select solutions from established options.+ Impact team through the quality of the services or information provided.+ Follow standardized procedures and practices and receives regular but moderate supervision and guidance.**WHAT YOU'LL NEED**Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.+ High School Diploma or GED+ Minimum of two (2) years of Warehouse or job-related experience.+ Forklift experience/certification required+ In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)**OTHER SKILLS and/or ABILITIES**+ Physical requirements to include stooping, standing, climbing, and frequent lifting of a minimum of 50 lbs.+ An established understanding of work routines and standards and applying skills and knowledge in a range of processes, procedures, and systems are required.+ Requires intermediate problem-solving skills with the capacity to review and select solutions from available options without supervisory approval.+ Ability to explain detailed and complicated information within the team in a clear and concise manner.+ Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.+ Strong organizational skills with a robust inquisitive mindset.+ General math skills.
