Position Title: Forklift Operator 1st Shift
Location: Palisades, NY
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. The Forklift Operator is responsible for operating powered industrial trucks to move, locate, stack, load, unload, and organize materials while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate sit-down, stand-up, reach truck, cherry picker, or electric pallet jack equipment safely and efficiently.
Load and unload trucks, trailers, and containers.
Move products and materials throughout the warehouse.
Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment.
Perform inventory transactions and maintain accurate records.
Inspect forklift equipment daily and report any maintenance needs.
Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA regulations.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.
Qualifications:
Previous forklift operating experience required.
Forklift certification preferred or willingness to obtain certification.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
Basic warehouse and inventory management knowledge.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
