1st Shift Forklift Operator
Location: Cedar Rapids
Pay: $21.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM (Overtime as needed at end of shift)

About the Role:
We’re looking for a reliable Forklift Operator to join the 1st shift team in Cedar Rapids. You’ll operate sit-down propane forklifts to move, load, and unload materials safely and efficiently. Accuracy and attention to detail are key — especially when scanning and tracking product.

What You’ll Do:

• 
  Operate sit-down propane forklifts to move, stack, and organize materials
  
• 
  Load and unload trailers safely and on schedule
  
• 
  Handle inbound receiving and put-away processes
  
• 
  Use handheld scanners to track inventory with precision
  
• 
  Keep your work area clean and organized
  
• 
  Follow all safety procedures and company policies
  

What You’ll Need:

• 
  Minimum 1 year of sit-down propane forklift experience
  
• 
  Strong attention to safety and detail
  
• 
  Dependable, team-oriented work ethic
