Forklift Operator 1st Shift

We are currently seeking experienced warehouse employees to join our facility in Duncan, SC. This is an immediate opening for a skilled picker/packer responsible for handling industrial components in a fast-paced environment.This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and capable of working with high-value goods where precision and care are essential.Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick and pack orders for shipment 
• Handle and identify inventory, including industrial and mechanical components 
• Maintain organization and accuracy within the warehouse 
• Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment 
• Handle off-center, unbalanced, or complex loads with care 
• Follow all safety procedures and use sound judgment when working with valuable materials 

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in order picking and packing 
• Familiarity with inventory systems and part identification 
• Experience working with industrial or mechanical components preferred 
• Ability to lift and move standard warehouse loads 
• Advanced forklift operation experience required 
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy 
• High level of safety awareness
