About the Opportunity
Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Forklift Operators for a water filtration manufacturing company in Edina, MN. In this role, you’ll support production by moving materials efficiently and helping maintain a smooth workflow in a clean, safety-focused environment. What You’ll Do as a Forklift Operator:- Operate forklifts to move raw materials and finished products throughout the facility
- Load materials onto manufacturing equipment and unload completed products
- Stage and organize materials to support efficient production flow
- Monitor inventory movement and manage product queues
- Follow all safety procedures, including daily hazard assessments and PPE usage
- Communicate issues and support team operations to maintain productivity
What You Need to Bring to the Forklift Operator Role:- Ability to operate a forklift safely (previous experience preferred)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8–12 hour shifts and move throughout the facility
- Ability to lift up to 45 lbs and push/pull materials as needed
- Basic computer skills for training and communication
- Ability to read and follow instructions and safety guidelines in English
- Strong attention to safety, quality, and detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment #EdinaJobs
