Forklift Operator

Schedule Options:
  • Forklift Operator: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
  • $21/HR
  • Work site in Fargo, ND

Position Summary
We are seeking experienced Forklift Operators to join a fast-paced warehouse team. This role is responsible for safely operating material handling equipment to move, store, stack, and transport products throughout the facility while maintaining productivity, accuracy, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently
  • Complete daily equipment inspections and required documentation
  • Load, unload, move, and store products in designated warehouse locations
  • Pull and prepare orders for shipment
  • Verify product quantities and ensure order accuracy
  • Use RF scanners to track inventory and maintain inventory accuracy
  • Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory activities
  • Rotate inventory according to warehouse procedures
  • Report inventory discrepancies, equipment issues, and safety concerns
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned

Qualifications
  • Minimum 6 months of experience operating Reach Truck and Sit-Down Forklifts required
  • Ability to obtain and pass forklift certification
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
  • Basic computer skills and ability to use warehouse scanning equipment
  • Ability to perform basic math calculations
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand and walk for 10–12 hours per shift
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds
  • Frequent bending, reaching, stretching, and lifting throughout the shift
  • Comfortable working in varying warehouse temperatures, lighting conditions, and noise levels
  • Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, or holidays as needed
