Job Summary: Responsible for operating forklifts and heavy equipment to safely move, stack, and count merchandise within the facility.
Skills & Competencies:
- Ability to drive a forklift and lift up to 50 pounds
- Capable of climbing, sitting for long periods, and working in dusty, hot, or cold environments
- Effective communication and basic math skills
- Follow instructions and work mandatory overtime, including weekends and holidays
Major Duties:
- Perform safety checks and maintain fluid levels on equipment
- Manage pallet inventory, operate stretch-wrapper, and ensure proper storage
- Assist in plant cleanliness and debris removal
- Read BOLs, load trucks safely, and communicate any changes
- Conduct physical inventory counts and meet quality standards
Qualifications:
- Must pass a 4-panel drug screen and background check
- SSN trace & validation required
- Primary shift: first shift
