Forklift Operator (Temporary Assignment)
Lebanon, IN | 2nd Shift | $20/hour
Looking for a long weekend every week? Pro Resources is hiring experienced Forklift Operators for a special temporary assignment with a leading manufacturing company in Lebanon, IN. This is a great opportunity to gain experience with a respected employer. Candidates who demonstrate excellent attendance, strong performance, and a positive attitude may be considered for future openings that could lead to direct hire.
Schedule
- Monday-Thursday: 3:00 PM - 1:30 AM
- Overtime as needed on Fridays
- Pay: $20/hour
What You'll Do
- Safely operate a forklift to move raw materials throughout the facility
- Supply production lines with materials based on daily production needs
- Load and unload trailers and stock warehouse racks
- Pull orders and stage materials for production and shipping
- Stack, package, label, and prepare materials for shipment
- Perform cycle counts and help maintain inventory accuracy
- Conduct basic quality checks to ensure materials are delivered to the correct locations
- Complete routine forklift inspections and report maintenance needs
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 6 consecutive months of forklift operating experience
- Must have been forklift certified within the past 2 years (certification through a current or previous employer is acceptable)
- Experience loading/unloading trailers and placing materials in warehouse racks is preferred
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Reliable, dependable, and team-oriented
