Position Overview

​The Forklift Operator will be responsible for operating industrial vehicles to move, locate, stack, and count merchandise. The successful candidate will ensure the safe and efficient movement of materials throughout the facility while maintaining the company’s high standards for quality and productivity.

Qualifications

• ​Operate powered industrial trucks (sit-down, stand-up, or reach trucks) to load and unload materials
• ​Efficiently move product from staging and storage areas into trailers or production lines
• ​Maintain an accurate inventory by performing cycle counts and documenting stock movements
• ​Inspect and perform minor maintenance on forklift equipment to ensure safe operation
• ​Follow all safety protocols and participate in "High-Performance Work Culture" initiatives
• ​Assist the Production Manager in optimizing warehouse space and organizing raw materials
• ​Support shipping and receiving departments with general labor and palletizing as needed
