Description
Position Summary
The Forklift Operator (Stocking) will be responsible for moving products around the warehouse with ease. They need to use RF scanners to keep track of the items they are moving. The operator will need to ensure the product is secure and safe to transport to the designated location.
Pay: $20.50/hour
Shift: Monday-Friday 2pm-10:30pm
Essential Responsibilities
- Operates a forklift to move product and pallets throughout warehouse to an area safely.
- Communicates any discrepancies, product issues or safety issues with Supervisor.
- Ensures that product is moved and scanned using a radio frequency scanner to the correct location and confirm product labels are accurate.
- Maintains a clean and safe area free and clear of any debris.
- Anticipates the needs of the business, keeping like product together and accessible.
- Successfully passes all Novo forklift training and operate a forklift following all safety requirements established within Novo.
- May place standup items into designated area by hand as required.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
