Forklift Operator - 2nd Shift

Our client, a leader in supply chain and logistics services, is seeking a Forklift Operator to join their team.  As a Forklift Operator, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting inventory management and order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate pride, ownership, and accountability for safety and quality, along with strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Forklift Operator

Location: West Coxsackie, NY

Pay Range: $23.00/hr

Shift: 3:30pm - 12:00am, Monday through Friday
 

What's the Job?

• Operate within designated areas to support supply chain requirements of a continuous flow manufacturing process
• Perform routine inspections to ensure quality standards are met
• Transport materials and finished products using forklift or reach truck within the warehouse
• Fulfill orders, including order entry, administration, and shipping
• Support warehouse activities such as processing, packaging, and storage of supplies and materials

What's Needed?

• Ability to follow all safety policies and OSHA regulations
• Experience with material handling, forklift operation, inventory, and shipping processes
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams
• Willingness to cross-train and adapt to changing priorities
