We are seeking a dedicated Equipment Operator for our Wisconsin Terminal to support coast-to-coast freight operations.
- Operate forklifts up to 35,000 lbs to load/unload 48' stepdeck trailers.
- Handle freight securement, including chaining, strapping, and tarping.
- Assist with spotting, bracing, and blocking freight.
- Lead the 2nd shift yard loading process and participate in daily meetings.
- Work outdoors in all weather conditions and lift up to 130 lbs.
- Require 2+ years forklift experience, a high school diploma, strong math skills, and availability for 50+ hours/week, often 6 days.
Candidates must pass a background check and physical. This is a full-time, hourly, second-shift role focused on safety, collaboration, and efficiency.
