Forklift Operator – 1st and 2nd Shift (Fulfillment Material Handler)
Location: Rogers, MN
Schedule:
Monday–Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Pay: $22/hr
Monday–Friday 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM Pay: $23.50/hr
About the Role
We’re looking for a skilled Forklift Operator with strong cherry picker experience to join a fast-paced fulfillment environment. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active and operating equipment throughout most of their shift.
What You’ll Do
- Operate a forklift/cherry picker 85–90% of the day
- Move, stage, and organize materials within the warehouse
- Support fulfillment and material handling tasks
- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work area
- Work in a fast-paced environment with accuracy and consistency
What We’re Looking For
- Must have cherry picker experience
- Previous forklift operation in a warehouse or fulfillment setting
- Ability to work at a steady, fast pace
- Strong attention to safety and detail
- Reliable attendance and readiness for a temp-to-hire opportunity
