Location: Bernville, PA 19506

Duration: 12-month contract to hire

Schedule: Monday–Saturday, 11:00 PM–7:00 AM EST

Hours: 50 - 70 hours per week

Overtime: Mandatory; Paid at 1.5x

Work Arrangement: Onsite

Compensation: $18.68–$20.75 per hour

Employment Type: W2 (not open to C2C, 1099, or visa sponsorship)

Role Overview

Our client is seeking experienced Forklift Operators to support material handling operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for safely moving materials, loading and unloading trailers, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting efficient production and warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport raw materials to production lines and finished goods to warehouse or shipping areas.
• Operate sit-down or stand-up forklifts to unload trailers and stack pallets in high-bay racking.
• Use RF scanners to track material movement and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Perform daily pre-shift forklift and equipment inspections.
• Follow OSHA and facility safety requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Support production and warehouse operations while meeting productivity and safety standards.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of forklift operating experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Ability to work up to 60 hours per week in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attendance and reliability.
• Ability to work a 6-day schedule and extended shifts.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to sit and stand for extended periods.
• Demonstrated commitment to safe equipment operation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience operating both sit-down and stand-up forklifts.
• Experience using RF scanners or warehouse inventory systems.
• Experience working in a high-volume manufacturing or warehouse environment.
