Full-time employees also receive reimbursement for steel toe boots, supporting both safety and comfort on the job. The organization values stability, offers structured breaks, and provides opportunities to grow skills through cross-training and exposure to different shifts and responsibilities.

The facility is extremely well kept and well lit, providing a clean and organized work area. Training occurs on first shift for approximately one month, with hours of 5:30 a.m. to 6:15 p.m., Monday through Thursday or Tuesday through Friday, based on preference. After training, the role transitions to third shift, working from 10:15 p.m. to 6:45 a.m., Sunday night through Friday morning, with a shift differential. Standard hours may also be 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, and during busy seasons the schedule can shift to four 10-hour days, with additional production as needed on Fridays.
