Forklift Operator

Job Title: Forklift Operator 

Shift: Monday – Friday 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

Location: Atlanta, GA

Pay Rate: $19.00/hour

Position Overview:

We are seeking experienced and motivated Warehouse Associates to join our 2nd shift team. This role involves operating warehouse equipment, accurately picking orders, and supporting daily distribution operations in a fast-paced environment. This is a performance-based position where meeting productivity standards is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate order selectors and stand-up forklifts safely and efficiently

Pick and fulfill customer orders with accuracy and attention to detail

Build, stack, and wrap pallets for shipment

Load and unload trailers in a timely and safe manner

Maintain organization of inventory and work areas

Meet or exceed hourly production minimums

Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Perform additional duties as assigned

Training:

First day will include reviewing forklift safety and operation training videos

Completion of equipment certification is required prior to operating machinery

Qualifications:

Prior experience operating order selectors and stand-up forklifts required

Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
