Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Order Builder / Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. This role is responsible for picking, building, and staging customer orders while maintaining accuracy, productivity, and safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts, Pallet Jack and warehouse equipment safely
• Pick, build, and stage customer orders
• Verify product quantities, labels, and conditions
• Load and unload trucks as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals

Qualifications

• Previous forklift and warehouse experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic math and reading skills
• Reliable attendance and punctuality

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment
