Our distribution facility is located in Carrollton, Texas and we are one of the largest building material distributors in the Dallas Ft Worth market. We take great pride in servicing our customers in a safe and team-based environment. The primary activities in our operations department include unloading railcars/trucks of building materials, cycle counting, storing materials, breaking full units down into custom orders, and loading outbound trucks. Competitive pay and excellent benefits Starting wage at the Dallas Distribution facility begins at $19.29 per hour (not including overtime). There is room for overtime, and future wage increases are based on effectively demonstrating Weyerhaeuser operational skills, behaviors, and values. We have opportunities available on both day and night shift. The hours for day shift is 6:30am-2:30pm and night shift is from 3:00pm to 11:30pm.
