Schedule: Monday-Friday | 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Minimum of 6 months of forklift experience preferred
• Ability to pass NFI forklift certification
• Experience operating Clamp Trucks and/or Electric Pallet Jacks (EPJ) preferred
• Basic computer and Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic math and customer service skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand and walk for 10-12 hour shifts
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Must be available to train on 1st shift before transitioning to 2nd shift

Job Duties

• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently
• Load, unload, move, stack, and store products throughout the warehouse
• Pick and prepare customer orders for shipment
• Use RF scanners to process inventory and warehouse transactions
• Perform inventory and cycle counts
• Verify product quantities and shipping accuracy
• Complete daily equipment inspections and required documentation
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety procedures and report hazards or incidents
• Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned

What You Will Do

As a Forklift Operator you will safely operate forklifts to load, unload, transport, stack, and organize materials throughout warehouse and manufacturing operations. You will inspect equipment before use, replenish inventory locations, support shipping and receiving activities, verify product movement, maintain inventory accuracy, and help ensure safe, efficient material handling throughout the facility.

The Forklift Operator is responsible for safely operating forklifts that support warehouse, manufacturing, and distribution operations. This role requires equipment proficiency, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining safe and efficient inventory movement throughout daily operations.
