Forklift Operator

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dependable Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. Our company specializes in kitchen products, and this position is responsible for operating various types of material handling equipment to safely move, store, and transport products throughout the warehouse. The ideal candidate has experience operating multiple types of forklifts and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Rate:$22.00/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Responsibilities

• Safely operate sit-down forklifts, stand-up forklifts, and electric pallet jacks.
• Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Move, store, and organize inventory throughout the warehouse.
• Pull, stage, and replenish materials for production and shipping.
• Perform order picking and material handling as needed.
• Inspect equipment before each shift and report any maintenance issues.
• Ensure products are handled safely to prevent damage.
• Maintain accurate inventory movement and warehouse organization.
• Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA regulations.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recent experience operating:
• Sit-Down Forklift
• Stand-Up Forklift
• Electric Pallet Jack
• Previous warehouse experience required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Forklift certification is a plus (if applicable).
