Forklift OperatorPenmac Staffing is seeking an experienced Forklift Operator for a full-time opportunity in the Conway, AR area. This is a temp-to-hire position. Requirements for the Forklift Operator
- Recent sit-down forklift experience required (must have operated a sit-down forklift between 2021 and 2026)
- Must have been forklift certified through a previous employer
- Ability to safely operate material handling equipment in a warehouse or production environment
- Ability to bend, stand for extended periods, and lift up to 20 pounds
Forklift Operator Responsibilities
- Operate a sit-down forklift to move, load, unload, and store materials
- Transport products throughout warehouse and production areas
- Perform daily forklift inspections and report maintenance concerns
Forklift Operator Schedule and Pay
- Full-time
- Monday through Friday
- 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM
- Overtime may be required based on production needs
- Pay: $15.00 per hour
