- 3rd Shift: 11:00 pm to 7:30 am
- Wednesdays and Saturdays OFF
Compensation:
- Sign on Bonus of $1,500 for External Candidates
- Rate: 20/hr.
- 1.50/hr. Shift Dif. (2nd and 3rd Shift)
GENERAL PURPOSE
Operate gasoline, liquefied gas, or electric powered industrial truck equipped with lifting devices such as forklift, boom, scoop, lift, beam, and swivel hook, fork, grapple, clamps, elevating platform, or trailer hitch to push, pull, lift, stack, tier, or move products, equipment, or materials in a warehouse, storage yard, or facility.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execute the loading and unloading of products in trailers.
- Distribute pallets of product from the palletizer to distribution trailers and staging areas.
- Stage materials for production.
- Move product and materials within facility, plant, and/or cooler.
- Receive materials for warehouse storage.
- Supply packaging material, cartons, and hulls to line as needed.
- Maintain pallet supply for palletizer.
- Rotate packaging and ingredients using FIFO (First In - First Out).
- Ensure all paperwork is filled out in a clear, legible, and accurate format and completed with required information.
- Ensure all required information is documented in accordance with SOPs.
- Utilizing continuous improvement mindset, assist in identifying opportunities to improve processes.
- Report any food safety and food quality related issues to management immediately.
- Maintain safe working conditions for employees and compliance with all state and federal regulations regarding health and safety issues.
- Follow all DFA good manufacturing practices (GMP) and work in a manner consistent with all corporate regulatory food safety, quality, and sanitation requirements.
