$22.00 - $23.50 per hour

Shifts Available:

• Monday-Friday, 1st Shift: 5:30 AM-2:00 PM
• Monday-Friday, 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM-10:30 PM
• Weekend Shift: Thursday-Sunday, 5:30 AM-4:00 PM
• Overtime may be required

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse training or powered industrial truck training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum of 1-2 years of recent sit-down forklift experience
• Experience operating Raymond sit-down forklifts preferred
• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced warehouse environment

Job Duties

• Operate a Raymond sit-down forklift to move materials safely and efficiently
• Transport products throughout the warehouse and dock areas
• Load, unload, and stage materials for shipment
• Assist with organizing inventory and maintaining workflow
• Follow workplace safety procedures and equipment guidelines
• Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in warehouse, distribution, logistics, manufacturing, or shipping and receiving is preferred.
• Current forklift certification or experience operating multiple classes of powered industrial equipment is beneficial.
• Experience using RF scanners, warehouse management systems (WMS), or inventory software is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate safe operating practices, teamwork, reliability, and productivity are well positioned for success as a Forklift Operator.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and climb on and off powered industrial equipment throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, move, or reposition materials weighing up to 50 pounds when required.
• Ability to safely operate forklifts in busy warehouse and manufacturing environments.
• Ability to maintain awareness of surrounding personnel, equipment, and inventory while operating powered industrial vehicles.

What You Will Do

As a Forklift Operator you will safely operate forklifts to load, unload, transport, stack, and organize materials throughout warehouse and manufacturing operations. You will inspect equipment before use, replenish inventory locations, support shipping and receiving activities, verify product movement, maintain inventory accuracy, and help ensure safe, efficient material handling throughout the facility.

The Forklift Operator is responsible for safely operating forklifts that support warehouse, manufacturing, and distribution operations. This role requires equipment proficiency, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining safe and efficient inventory movement throughout daily operations.
