Forklift Operator

We are seeking dependable, safety-focused individuals to support warehouse operations and ensure efficient product movement across the facility.

How You Will Contribute

  • Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to load, unload, move, stack, and rotate product within the warehouse.
  • Ensure accurate product placement and rotation to support inventory standards and operational efficiency.
  • Maintain required production levels and ensure tasks are completed according to company standards.
  • Utilize warehouse systems, technology, and equipment to support day-to-day operations (training provided).
  • Support product availability through accurate and timely handling of inbound and outbound inventory.
  • Contribute to maintaining high service levels by ensuring efficient warehouse operations and product flow.
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures while operating equipment and performing daily tasks.
  • Maintain personal safety equipment and ensure a safe work environment at all times.
  • Assist in maintaining the overall condition and organization of the warehouse.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure operational alignment.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency within assigned tasks.

What We're Looking For

  • Forklift certification preferred (on-site training available).
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety procedures.
  • Basic comfort with using warehouse technology and systems.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a team.

Physical & Schedule Expectations

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs to shoulder height.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects (including up to 165 lb barrels) with appropriate equipment and technique.
  • Regular standing, sitting, and use of hands for equipment operation.
  • Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying conditions.
  • Availability for assigned shifts, including evenings or weekends as needed.

The typical compensation range for this role is $16.00–$18.00 per hour, depending on experience and shift. Actual compensation will vary based on skills, experience, and qualifications.
