Forklift Operator

We are seeking dependable, safety-focused individuals to support warehouse operations and ensure efficient product movement across the facility.
How You Will Contribute
Market / Operational Execution
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to load, unload, move, stack, and rotate product within the warehouse.
- Ensure accurate product placement and rotation to support inventory standards and operational efficiency.
- Maintain required production levels and ensure tasks are completed according to company standards.
- Utilize warehouse systems, technology, and equipment to support day-to-day operations (training provided).
Customer & Account Support
- Support product availability through accurate and timely handling of inbound and outbound inventory.
- Contribute to maintaining high service levels by ensuring efficient warehouse operations and product flow.
Team & Operational Support
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures while operating equipment and performing daily tasks.
- Maintain personal safety equipment and ensure a safe work environment at all times.
- Assist in maintaining the overall condition and organization of the warehouse.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure operational alignment.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency within assigned tasks.
What We’re Looking For
- Forklift certification preferred (on-site training available).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety procedures.
- Basic comfort with using warehouse technology and systems.
- Ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a team.
Physical & Schedule Expectations
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs to shoulder height.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (including up to 165 lb barrels) with appropriate equipment and technique.
- Regular standing, sitting, and use of hands for equipment operation.
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying conditions.
- Availability for assigned shifts, including evenings or weekends as needed.

The typical compensation range for this role is $16.00–$18.00 per hour, depending on experience and shift. Actual compensation will vary based on skills, experience, and qualifications.
