About the Role

We are seeking dependable, safety-conscious forklift operators to support warehouse operations in Queen Creek, AZ. In this role, you will operate various Crown forklifts to move products, load and unload trucks, pick and pack orders, and prepare shipments. Success in this position requires a strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and efficiency, contributing to smooth warehouse operations and timely shipment processing.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate Crown forklifts, including stand-up, sit-down, reach, and cherry picker models, to transport materials within the warehouse.
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Inspect forklift equipment to ensure safe operation and report maintenance issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety and operational standards.
• Follow all safety protocols and warehouse procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Assist in warehouse activities as needed to support productivity and workflow.

Required Qualifications

• Experience operating Crown forklifts, including stand-up, sit-down, reach, and cherry picker models.
• Forklift certification required.
• Willingness to work in all areas of the warehouse.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. as specified by essential functions.
• Strong focus on safety, teamwork, and productivity.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in warehouse shipping and receiving operations.

• Crown forklift equipment (stand-up, sit-down, reach, cherry picker).

Work Environment / Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
