We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Forklift Operator to join our team. In this role, you will operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move, load, unload, and organize inventory in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Swing Shift: $20 Sun-Thurs 2:30pm-11pm

We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Forklift Operator to join our team. In this role, you will operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move, load, unload, and organize inventory in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, team-driven, and committed to maintaining safety and accuracy standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other powered industrial equipment safely and efficiently
- Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments from trailers and storage areas
- Move, stage, and store products in designated warehouse locations
- Replenish pick locations to support order fulfillment operations
- Perform inventory handling tasks including cycle counts and stock rotation (FIFO)
- Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies or quality issues
- Conduct daily equipment safety checks and report maintenance needs
- Use RF scanners or warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory movements
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including removal of pallets and debris
- Follow all OSHA, company safety policies, and warehouse procedures
- Support shipping, receiving, and general warehouse operations as needed
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet productivity and accuracy goals
- Previous forklift or material handling experience preferred
- Ability to operate stand-up reach trucks and/or sit-down forklifts
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Ability to work in a fast-paced distribution environment
- Basic math and inventory tracking skills
- Ability to lift, move, and stand for extended periods
