Forklift Operator – Second ShiftIMMEDIATE START 

Location: Denton, TX
Schedule: Second Shift, Mon - Thurs 3:30 p.m.–2:00 a.m.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Forklift Operator to support material movement within a fast-paced manufacturing and industrial environment. This position is responsible for safely operating high-lift forklifts and other material-handling equipment to move, load, unload, and organize products, supplies, and equipment throughout the facility.

The ideal candidate is safety-focused, dependable, comfortable with physical work, and able to maintain accuracy while meeting production demands.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate high-lift forklifts and other material-handling equipment.

• Transport materials, parts, products, and supplies throughout the facility.

• Load and unload trucks, trailers, pallets, and production materials.

• Place and retrieve materials from designated storage locations.

• Maintain accurate records of inventory movements and material transactions.

• Complete daily equipment inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns.

• Assist with material handling, heavy lifting, and general warehouse or production responsibilities as needed.

• Keep assigned work areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.

• Follow all workplace safety procedures, including proper use of personal protective equipment.

• Work cooperatively with warehouse, production, and shipping team members.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• At least one year of forklift operating experience in a manufacturing, industrial, warehouse, or production environment.

• Experience operating high-lift forklifts or similar material-handling equipment is preferred.

• Ability to safely lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform physical work for extended periods.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.

• Dependable, team-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to work the full second-shift schedule.

• Flexibility to work overtime or weekends based on production needs.

Work Environment

This position operates in an industrial manufacturing environment and involves regular equipment operation, material handling, lifting, standing, and walking. Appropriate personal protective equipment must be worn as required.
