SURESTAFF is immediately hiring Forklift Operators for a large, well-known client in Elk Grove Village, IL. As a Forklift Operator, you will be an essential part of our client’s core operations, ensuring that quality product is received, processed, and delivered in a timely manner according to client expectations. The Forklift Operator is responsible for operating material handling equipment for the purpose of receiving, moving, locating, relocating, and shipping merchandise. Ideal candidates will be self-motivated, make safety a priority, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

Available shifts include M-F 8:30am-5pm. Responsibilities of the Forklift Operator: - Perform shipment check-in, verifying counts and condition of incoming shipment
- Complete receiving tasks, including unloading trucks and documenting incoming goods
- Load and unload pallets and shipments using a forklift
- Move boxes and materials throughout the warehouse as needed
- Fix or rework shipments (e.g., repacking, labeling)
- Shrink-wrap, palletize, and stage materials for outbound shipment
- Maintain forklift safety and follow all warehouse safety protocols
Required Qualifications of the Forklift Operator: - Experience operating a forklift in a warehouse environment
- Ability to lift and move boxes (up to 50 lbs)
- Ability to perform physical tasks and work on feet throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
