JOB SUMMARY We are seeking experienced forklift operators to join our team. This is a physically demanding role requiring individuals to be on their feet for 90%-95% of their shift in large, and sometimes loud, warehouse environments where temperature control is limited and impacted by seasonal weather. Responsibilities include operating forklifts, loading and unloading products, picking orders, receiving and distributing inventory, maintaining general housekeeping and sanitation, and lifting objects up to 50 pounds. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, safety-conscious, and willing to go above and beyond to support team goals. Key Responsibilities * Operate and drive a stand-up forklift. * Load and unload pallets and individual cases to and from trailers. * Collect empty pallet boards and carry them to storage. * Pick appropriate cases according to order using required technology. * Safely operate a forklift after provided training and certification. * Load trailers via carts or stack cases on the floor of a truck trailer. * Receive and distribute product and assist in weekly product inventory. * Perform general housekeeping and specific sanitation tasks as required, such as sweeping floors, cleaning trailers, and taking out trash. * Lift objects weighing between 15 pounds and 50 pounds. Required Qualifications * 6-months+ of experience in Forklift operating experience. * Must have a valid driver's license. * Ability to work on weekends, holidays, as well as off shifts. * Ability to lift 15 to 50 pounds with or without a reasonable accommodation. * Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time with or without a reasonable accommodation. * Ability to climb, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and stretch for extended periods with or without a reasonable accommodation. * Ability to repeatedly lift, carry, push, pull, and handle products with or without a reasonable accommodation. * Willing and able to work at heights using ladders or lifts to access areas of the site. * Willing and able to work in an environment that has extreme temperatures, humidity, hazardous/loud equipment, and slippery surfaces. * Steel Toe Shoes required for PPE.
