Forklift Operator - Fond du Lac, WI

We're in peak season and the warehouse doesn't stop. We need a reliable, detail-oriented Forklift Operator who knows how to keep product flowing — pulling components, loading trucks, managing inventory, and working independently in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

• Operate a sit-down forklift to pull and stage components for production
• Return components to warehouse racks to maintain accurate inventory
• Load and unload freight safely and on time
• Conduct cycle counts and support inventory processes
• Receive and check incoming parts from suppliers
• Prepare outgoing shipments (wrapping, banding, staging)
• Maintain a clean, organized work area
• Support warehouse and production teams as needed

What We're Looking For

• 1–2 years of forklift experience
• 3+ years of experience (preferred)
• Sit-down forklift experience required
• Manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred
• Strong communication and reliability
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-noise environment
• High school diploma or GED required
