Forklift Operator

We are seeking an experienced Reach Truck Operator to work in a traditional warehouse environment. This position involves operating a reach truck as well as performing hands-on warehouse duties, including hand picking, moving products, and completing paperwork. The facility uses limited technology, so employees must be comfortable working with paper pick tickets and manual processes.

They are mainly looking for a bilingual Spanish-speaking associate who is dependable, responsible, and committed to the position, with a strong work ethic and a sense of responsibility.

Responsibilities:

-Resume and interview base

-Safely operate a reach truck to move, load, unload, and store products.

-Pick and pull products using paper pick tickets and written instructions.

-Manually locate and retrieve products from warehouse racks.

-Verify product numbers, quantities, and locations using paperwork.

-Stage and organize products for shipping or production.

-Load and unload pallets as needed.

-Perform hand-picking and general warehouse duties throughout the shift.

-Complete paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.

-Assist with inventory counts and product verification.

-Maintain a clean and organized work area.

-Follow all warehouse and forklift safety procedures.

-Communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers.

-Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
