Steady daytime hours and top-tier pay for an experienced operator ready to run a full-size forklift.

SALARY: $21.00 – $24.00 per hour

LOCATION: TUALATIN, OR

SCHEDULE: Full-Time, Temporary/Temp-to-Hire, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Safely operate a 30,000 lb full-size forklift throughout the facility and yard
  • Move, lift, and position large beams of steel with precision and control
  • Apply strong spatial awareness when maneuvering long, full-size beams in confined or high-traffic areas
  • Transport and unload raw materials from incoming shipments
  • Load outgoing materials onto flatbed trucks in a safe and organized manner
  • Inspect forklift and material-handling equipment before use and report any mechanical issues
  • Follow all facility safety protocols, including proper rigging, banding, and load-securement practices
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, including staging and storage locations for materials
  • Communicate effectively with warehouse, shipping, and receiving team members to coordinate material flow

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • Prior experience operating a full-size (30,000 lb capacity or greater) forklift required
  • Current forklift certification preferred; willingness to certify may be considered
  • Experience handling steel, beams, or other long/oversized materials strongly preferred
  • Strong spatial awareness and depth perception for maneuvering large loads safely
  • Ability to read basic labels, packing slips, and shipping documents
  • Dependable, safety-focused, and able to work well independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Position requires safely operating heavy equipment and occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. in a warehouse/manufacturing environment with exposure to noise and varying temperatures.
