Forklift Operator

Our client, Ulta Beauty is seeking Forklift Operators to join their team. As a Forklift Operator, you will be part of the operations department supporting the warehouse and distribution team. 

Job Title: Forklift Operator

Location: Greenwood, IN

Pay Range: $20 - $21

Shift: Fri – Sun, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM | Fri – Sun, 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM 

What's the Job?

• Operate order picker and cherry picker equipment to efficiently pull products from high storage areas.
• Pull products and transport them to designated picking areas within the warehouse.
• Pick products manually when not operating equipment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Lift and handle items weighing up to 50 lbs safely and correctly.
• Work at heights up to 40 feet in the air, pulling products down with the order picker/cherry picker, requiring comfort with heights.

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 6 months experience operating order picker or cherry picker equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work at heights up to 40 feet.
• Strong attention to safety procedures and attention to detail.
• Reliable and punctual with a proactive work ethic.
• Ability to work scheduled shifts on Friday through Sunday, including overnight hours.
