Now Hiring Warehouse Associates / Forklift Operators!Qualified Staffing is hiring Warehouse Associates / Forklift Operators for a fast-paced distribution and warehouse environment in Henrico, VA. This blended role combines forklift operation, material handling, inventory movement, and general warehouse support.
What You’ll Do- Safely operate forklifts, electric pallet jacks, and material handling equipment
- Load, unload, move, and organize product throughout the warehouse
- Stage and stack inventory to support shipping and production
- Assist with inventory movement and warehouse organization
- Perform warehouse cleaning and housekeeping duties
- Identify, organize, and rework damaged product when needed
- Utilize RF scanners or warehouse systems to track inventory
- Assist with pallet restacking and warehouse rework projects
- Support inventory counts and cycle checks
- Inspect equipment daily and report safety concerns
- Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements
- Collaborate with warehouse leadership and team members
- Perform other duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For- Previous warehouse or forklift experience preferred
- Experience operating forklifts and electric pallet jacks
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout shift
- Comfortable working overnight hours
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to pass background screening and drug testing
Work Environment- Fast-paced warehouse and distribution environment
- Exposure to moving equipment and varying temperatures
- PPE required including steel-toe shoes and safety gear
- Physical role requiring standing, lifting, and repetitive movement
