TRC Talent Solutions is currently hiring for experienced Forklift Operators for our client located in Langhorne, PA!
We are seeking skilled and safety-conscious Forklift Operators to join a great team. The Forklift Operators will be responsible for moving, loading, and unloading materials in a manufacturing facility.
Payrate: $19.00 per hour starting pay
Permanent payrate after hired: $20.00 per hour
Location: Langhorne, PA 19047
Swing Shift Working Hours: 4 days on and 4 days off alternating from day to night shift
Work Four - 12 hour days from 7:00AM to 7:00PM then you're off for 4 days. Once you return you will work 7:00PM - 7:00AM for 4 days

Requirements needed for Forklift Operators:
Reliable transportation needed, no bus route available to this location
Must be able to pass a 7-year criminal background check and drug test
Previous experience operating a sitting down forklift
Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience
Forklift Certification (or willingness to obtain certification)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions
Strong attention to detail
Ability to lift 40lbs.
Job Responsibilities as a Forklift Operator:
Safely operate a sitdown forklift to transport materials and products within the warehouse
Load and unload trucks and containers
Stack and organize materials in designated storage areas
Ensure all inventory is properly labeled
Perform daily inspections of forklift and report any issues to your supervisor
Assist with loading and unloading of products manually when required
Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of materials
Monitor stock levels and report and shortages or discrepancies to the management
Targeted skills: warehouse, manufacturing, forklift, shipping, receiving, material handler, sit-down forklift, forklift certification
