Requirements

• At least two years of forklift operating experience
• Current forklift certification or ability to obtain certification
• Experience operating sit-down, stand-up, and reach trucks
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand and remain active throughout the shift
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Strong attention to detail and workplace safety
• Ability to maintain productivity in a fast-paced warehouse
• Team-focused attitude and strong work ethic

Job Duties

• Operate sit-down, stand-up, and reach forklifts
• Load and unload incoming and outgoing products
• Move pallets and materials throughout the warehouse
• Stage products for storage, production, or shipment
• Stack and organize products safely
• Inspect equipment before each shift
• Report equipment problems and product damage
• Assist with picking, packing, and material-handling tasks
• Maintain accurate product and inventory placement
• Keep aisles and work areas clean and clear
• Work with team members to maintain an efficient workflow
• Follow all forklift operating procedures and warehouse safety requirements

What You Will Do

As a Forklift Operator you will safely operate forklifts to load, unload, transport, stack, and organize materials throughout warehouse and manufacturing operations. You will inspect equipment before use, replenish inventory locations, support shipping and receiving activities, verify product movement, maintain inventory accuracy, and help ensure safe, efficient material handling throughout the facility.

The Forklift Operator plays an important role in warehouse and manufacturing operations by operating forklifts to support inventory movement and material handling. This position requires strong spatial awareness, attention to detail, and safe operating practices.

Successful Forklift Operator candidates understand warehouse workflows, equipment inspections, inventory procedures, and safe material handling while supporting productive daily operations. Consistent performance contributes directly to warehouse efficiency.
