Job Title: High Reach Forklift Operator
Location: Plant City, FL (Onsite)
Duration- 4 month
Schedule:
- Monday Friday, 6:00 AM until finish (typically 3:00 PM 4:00 PM)
- Overtime required as needed (typically 5 10 hours per week)
Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced High Reach Forklift Operator to support warehouse operations by safely stacking, retrieving, and moving materials. This role requires experience operating Raymond Reach Trucks and Crown equipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment, including cold storage areas.
Responsibilities:
- Operate Raymond Reach Trucks and Crown RC equipment safely and efficiently
- Stack, retrieve, and transport inventory throughout the warehouse
- Maintain accurate inventory documentation
- Assist with warehouse organization and cleanliness
- Follow established safety procedures and operational guidelines
- Work under direct supervision to meet daily productivity goals
Required Skills:
- Minimum 6 months of Reach Truck experience
- Experience operating Crown and/or Raymond High Reach Trucks
- Ability to lift 50 80 lbs (team lifting permitted)
- Comfortable working in temperatures as low as 0 F (protective freezer suits provided)
- Strong reliability and attendance record
- Good work ethic and warehouse experience
Preferred Skills:
- Previous inventory handling and warehouse operations experience

- Full-time warehouse setting (40 hours per week)
