Job Responsibilities:
- Safely operate electric-powered industrial trucks equipped with lifting devices.
- Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs).
- Transport and position materials using forklifts, ensuring accurate placement and storage.
- Replenish shelves based on product numbers and scan tags for location verification.
- Inventory materials and maintain organized stock levels.
- Load and unload materials from pallets, skids, or lifting devices, documenting processes as required.
- Comply with company policies and maintain regular work attendance.
- Participate in cross-training opportunities to expand skill sets.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Licensed to operate lift equipment (internal or external training).
- 3 months experience operating High Reach Fork Lift equipment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 70 lbs occasionally with assistance.
- Basic English proficiency for verbal and written communication.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed.
Preferences:
- Two to three years of forklift experience on sit-down and stand-up models.
- Two years of warehouse experience using RF scan guns.
- Prior manufacturing or warehouse experience.
- Basic mathematical skills.
Work Environment: Exposure to powders, chemicals, and allergens (peanuts, tree nuts, milk, dairy, eggs, wheat, gluten, soy, fish, and shellfish).
