Responsibilities:
- Operate electric-powered industrial trucks to move, stack, and organize products and materials safely.
- Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs).
- Position and transport loads using forklifts, lifting platforms, or other devices.
- Replenish shelves and inventory materials using RF scan guns.
- Load and unload materials from pallets, skids, or lifting devices.
- Maintain regular work attendance and comply with company policies.
- Cross-train and learn job functions in other departments as needed.
Requirements:
- Two to three years of forklift experience on sit-down and stand-up forklifts.
- Two years of warehouse experience using RF scan guns.
- Licensed to operate lift equipment.
- Ability to work overtime as needed.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Basic English communication skills.
Preferences:
- Prior manufacturing or warehouse experience.
- Experience operating High Reach Fork Lift equipment.
Physical Demands:
- Standing for extended periods, reaching, walking, and kneeling.
- Lifting up to 50lbs regularly and up to 70lbs with assistance.
- Maneuvering a pallet jack with loads up to 1200 lbs.
- Exposure to powders, chemicals, and allergens.
