Pay Rate: $17/hr
Hours: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Job Summary:
- Prepare metal inserts by sandblasting, taping and applying adhesive.Trim finished rubber parts.
- Operate extruders and other machines as they relate to the preparation of raw material.
- Maintenance of equipment and raw materials requirements as established on the Production Order.
- Ability to read, understand, and follow written work instructions and drawing.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing/shop-floor environment.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have:
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or shop environment.
- Exposure to rubber molding, machine operation, or production equipment.
- Experience using hand tools (knives, grinders)Familiarity with production or shop-floor processes.
Education:
- Minimum: High school diploma or GED.
