The Inventory Control Associate is responsible for accurately managing and transporting materials and products throughout the facility to support production and inventory accuracy. This role involves operating powered industrial equipment and utilizing the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to ensure efficient material flow between production, storage, and staging areas.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Operate stand-up forklifts, reach lifts, and cherry pickers to move materials between production, staging, and storage areas.
Use WMS to accurately record inventory inputs and outputs.
Transport finished and semi-finished goods to designated locations.
Requirements:
Minimum of one year of experience operating stand-up forklifts, including cherry pickers and reach trucks.
Ability to safely operate a lift truck at heights of up to 40 feet.
Strong math skills.
Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
Ability to stand, bend, stoop, lift, and walk for the majority of the shift.
Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment.
Must be able to speak, read, and write English fluently.
Flexibility to work extra hours.
