Forklift Operator Project-Based Assignment (34+ Weeks) Pay: Starting at $25/hour Schedule: Tuesday Friday, 7:30 AM 4:00 PM Job Type: Temporary / Project-Based Overtime: Must be flexible to work overtime as needed Job Overview We are currently seeking experienced and certified Forklift Operators for a short-term project assignment. This role involves working in a fast-paced warehouse environment operating various types of material handling equipment and supporting daily logistics operations. Key Responsibilities
Operate order pickers, reach trucks, and sit-down forklifts safely and efficiently
Unload incoming shipments using sit-down forklifts and transport materials throughout the facility
Pick, move, and stage inventory using order pickers and/or reach trucks based on operational needs
Accurately scan inventory and materials using handheld scanning devices
Follow all warehouse safety procedures
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Assist with general warehouse duties as needed
Requirements
Valid forklift certification (must provide photo or physical certification card)
Experience operating:
Order picker
Reach truck
Sit-down forklift
Ability to operate multiple types of equipment based on workload
Comfortable using scanning systems (training provided)
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Ability to work in a physically demanding environment (standing, lifting, moving materials)
Assignment Details
Project-based role expected to last 34 weeks, with potential for extension based on business needs

Dress Code
Steel-toe or composite-toe safety shoes/boots required
High-visibility vest or required PPE must be worn
Wear comfortable, work-appropriate clothing (t-shirt, long pants)
No loose clothing or accessories that could get caught in equipment
No open-toe shoes, sandals, or slip-ons
Minimal jewelry recommended for safety
Additional PPE (gloves, hard hats, etc.) may be required and will be provided as needed
