Location: Baytown, TX

Pay: $16.50 per hour
Department: Production / Warehouse Operations
Schedule: Rotational schedule, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM. Must be available for overtime, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable Forklift Operator (Line Driver) with experience operating a double forklift capable of handling two pallets at once. This position handles packaged materials from the conveyor line, supports inbound and outbound orders, and maintains accurate inventory and storage records in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate a double forklift to move, store, and stage packaged materials from the conveyor line.

• Support shipping, receiving, packaging, and warehouse operations.

• Maintain accurate documentation of material movement and inventory.

• Follow instructions to ensure accurate and efficient dock operations.

• Keep work areas and equipment clean and organized.

• Perform general labor and other assigned duties as needed.

• Communicate professionally with coworkers, supervisors, and customers.

• Follow company safety procedures, quality standards, and applicable OSHA requirements.

• Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).

• Report to work on time and ready to begin each shift.

Requirements

• Experience operating a double forklift and safely handling two pallets at once.

• Ability to pass the company’s written and practical forklift evaluations.

• Valid, current driver’s license.

• Ability to read, write, and speak English.

• Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

• Ability to lift up to 55 pounds.

• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying temperatures and weather conditions.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and accuracy.

• Ability to complete assigned tasks with little or no supervision.

• Dependable attendance and flexibility to work additional hours as needed.
