Job Full Description

We are actively seeking a reliable, safety-focused Forklift Operator with hands-on experience operating Stand-Up Crown forklifts, specifically in a cold storage facility using rolling racks. This role requires a high level of precision, awareness, and accountability-ideal for someone who takes safety seriously and knows how to keep product moving efficiently in a temperature-controlled environment.

This is NOT an entry-level position. Candidates must have prior experience - we do not offer on-the-job training.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Safely operate Crown stand-up reach forklifts to move materials throughout the warehouse
  • Load and unload pallets onto rolling racks with care and accuracy
  • Transport and stage products in cold storage areas (temperatures may range from 0°F to 40°F)
  • Adhere strictly to company safety policies, including use of PPE and safe driving practices
  • Conduct pre- and post-shift equipment inspections and report any issues
  • Maintain accurate inventory movement and proper documentation
  • Support general warehouse duties as needed
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of recent experience operating Crown forklifts (reach, stand-up)
  • Familiarity with rolling rack systems
  • Previous work history in cold storage or freezer environments
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse safety practices
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Proven track record of reliability, good attendance, and professional attitude
