Forklift Operator / Material Handler – 2nd Shift

Position Summary:
We are currently seeking reliable and experienced Forklift Operators / Material Handlers to join our team. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with the potential for long-term employment. After 30 days, employees may receive a performance evaluation, and based on performance, attendance, and overall work ethic, there may be an opportunity for a pay increase.

Shift Schedule:

• Initial schedule: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Schedule will later transition to: 4:00 PM – 1:30 AM
• Candidates must be flexible and available to work both schedules.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a forklift to move, load, unload, and organize materials.
• Perform general material handling and warehouse duties.
• Load and unload trucks as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Previous forklift experience required.
• Ability to perform material handling and general warehouse duties.
• Must be flexible with the changing shift schedule.
• Must be able to pass a 7-year background check.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States and successfully complete E-Verify.
• Reliable attendance and dependable transportation are required.
• Must be willing to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
