Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable Forklift Operator to support daily warehouse and parcel operations. This cross-functional role includes receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory tasks. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and operating material handling equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
• Load and unload trucks and stage outbound shipments
• Verify order accuracy, quantities, and product condition
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and record keeping
• Label shipments and complete required shipping documentation
• Operate pallet jacks and forklifts as needed
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience required
• Sit-down and Stand-up (Reach) Forklift experience required
• Experience with ERP or WMS systems (e.g., SAP) preferred
• Ability to read work instructions and follow detailed processes

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs regularly
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and twisting
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed
